Cold formed Angles, Channels and Zed Sections

Cut plates and Serrated Pads and Washers

Daver Steels are fabricators of structural components for the construction sector, processors of cold formed stainless steel plates, angles and channel sections, and manufacturers of serrated washers and pads.

We hold stock of stainless steel, Grade 304 and 316, from 2mm - 15mm thick.

We also hold stock of carbon steel (mild steel) plate, from 2mm - 15mm thick.

Plates are cut to your size requirements by either a CNC guillotine (4 metres x 20 mm) or a HD Hypertherm plasma unit 4 metres x 2 metres.

Angles, Channels and Zed sections are cold formed by CNC pressbrake.

We have two presses , one at 400Te x 4 metres and one at 60Te x 2 metres, both modern fully CNC controlled.

Serrated plates are held in stock in either stainless steel grade 304 or mild steel Grade S275JR in thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 8 mm. Completed serrated washers and pads are held in stock sizes as detailed on the website, and specific customer requirements are laser cut to suit.
